The Senior Couples serving in the Birmingham Mission with us

This past Monday we went to Birmingham for a Senior Couples' Family Home Evening and had a lovely dinner and a talk by Elder Karran. He and his wife are serving as CES missionaries. The Byers are serving as England Birmingham Mission missionaries (like us), the Cables as CES, the Greens as Welfare, the Longs as Office, the Wrights as Public Affairs , and the Heaths as local Welfare missionaries. President and Sister Ogden joined us later on in the evening. It was a fulfilling evening sharing our joys and our challenges. It was a relief to hear they all experience similar challenges to ours, but of course we all experience the joys of lives changed by the gospel.

Thank you Sister Crandall. It is so nice to see our son is doing well and get a glimpse of those he's serving with and those he's teaching. It really helps us get a feel of what he's doing. Thanks for being a support to our son and our family.
